We are seeking experienced diesel mechanics to perform service work on our medium and heavy‑duty equipment at our Deer Park facility.

The types of equipment in use include, but are not limited to:
Air movers
Vacuum trucks
Hydro‑excavators
Roll‑off trucks
Chemical circulators
Hydro‑blasters and pressure washers
Hydro‑blaster shell sides, and X‑guns (10K, 20K)
Gooseneck and bumper pull trailers
Pickups F‑250 to F‑550
Duties
Perform preventive PMs on all equipment: oil, filters, greasing.
Work on 12‑ and 24‑volt electrical systems.
Perform troubleshooting and use diagnostic computer on Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit engines.
Maintain current knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
Maintain current knowledge of drive trains, transmissions, transfer cases, rear ends.
Maintain current knowledge of air brakes, hydraulic brakes, air valves, and related components.
Maintain knowledge of hydraulic component systems to troubleshoot PTO’s, hydraulic lines, DCV’s, etc.
Hydro‑blasting troubleshooting, diagnosing issues with pump on 10K, 20K, 40K units.
Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a diesel mechanic.
Class A CDL combo with air brake.
Class B CDL with air brake.
Reliable transportation and valid license with clean record.
Ability to pass a random drug screening.
USA DeBUSK Industrial Maintenance shop is looking for 2 mechanics to perform repairs on equipment to pass DOT/FMCSA inspections. Experience with the above equipment will be very helpful.
Inspector Qualification
Own certification card for DOT/FMCSA Inspector.
Or qualify via:
1 year experience in a truck manufacturing–sponsored training program (provide name and dates).
_____ years as mechanic/inspector in a motor carrier maintenance program (provide name and dates).
_____ years as mechanic/inspector in a truck maintenance program at a commercial shop, fleet leasing company (provide name and dates).
_____ years as commercial vehicle Inspector for state, provincial, or federal government (provide name and dates).
