Responsibilities of the Senior Field Service Technician include In-field Repair and Replacement of :
Remove and Replace Pumps and Motors Laser Alignment of Pumps and Motors Vibration analysis preferred Start-ups & troubleshooting Mechanical Seal Changes API and ANSI Pumps Centrifugal and Plunger Pumps Must be proficient with precision measuring instruments Knowledge of dynamic balancing a plus
Qualifications of the Senior Field Service Technician include, but are not limited to:
Must possess a minimum of 10 years experience working in the field in pump rebuilding Must be flexible, and willing to work both in the field, as well as in a shop environment Must possess extensive knowledge of rebuilding centrifugal pumping equipment Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
Additional Information -
Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions: Working in potential weather situations, rain/snow Training/Certifications: Ability to perform laser alignments and ability to take vibration readings preferred, but not mandatory. Shift Time/Overtime: First Shift with Overtime as required Travel: Most job sites are about an hour drive from Denver. Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines Education: High School Diploma or GED
