Project Engineering Supervisor – Lafayette

What You’ll Do As a Project Engineering Supervisor In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer expectations, project requirements, and the timely release of production‑ready products while ensuring team members work to the highest level of quality and productivity.
You’ll
Lead the operation of assigned area
Ensure that standards are upheld for building new customer projects
Collaborate and execute with sales teams to ensure that customer specifications are understood
Ensure new projects and assemblies are properly documented and handed off to production
Communicate with customers on project clarification, print interpretations, and/or discrepancies
Operate as a resource for internal and external technical questions or issues
What Makes You a Great Fit
College degree in engineering or industrial supervision
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
5 years’ supervision experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of ProE, Solidworks, Adobe Writer, CAD
What To Expect In This Role
Onsite, indoors, in a controlled temperature environment, with a variation of noise levels.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to varied work environments
Travel occasionally for training or customer visits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
