Location: FL Statewide, FL, US Requisition ID: 18265 Summary: We are looking for a Field Services Technician I to support our lottery operations by servicing equipment at retail partner locations. Travel within your assigned zone to install, maintain, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices Deliver supplies and marketing materials to retail locations Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in the field, including cleaning, swapping, or minor adjustments Provide basic training to new or existing retailers on equipment use Communicate clearly with dispatchers and document service activities accurately Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and consumables Follow Brightstar’s vehicle policy and attend driver safety training What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in electronics, field service, or a related industry Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, drive for extended periods, and work in various environments Preferred
Technical or IT-related education or training Familiarity with electronics and data communications Comfort working at heights, in tight spaces, or in varying weather conditions Strong manual dexterity and safety awareness when working with tools and electrical components Keys to Success
