Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems, performing preventive maintenance, inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.
Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits.
Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.
Programming and installing head‑end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.
Lead the on‑site software commissioning and testing.
Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory; performing take‑off project drawings.
Document and track RFIs.
Design assist and feedback.
Document daily reports and project progress.
Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management.
Create and manage project schedule; integrate IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
Forecast and manage project labor hours; communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
Guide and mentor technicians.
Qualifications Key Requirements
Valid driver’s license; may require intermittent use of a company vehicle.
Acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
Education
HS diploma or GED; Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or
Graduate from an accredited Electronics Technician program or
Graduate from an Electrical Apprenticeship program.
Additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.
Required Progressive Experience
8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.
3 years of experience focused in electronic security systems.
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
Time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
Must be able to travel 50%.
Desired / Advantageous Qualifications
Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems & certifications).

Walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
Possess good vision (may be corrected), ability to see in color, and ability to hear and communicate in English.
May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.
Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions.
