Construction Project Managers
to join our team on a
large-scale Bio Pharma facility construction
project in
Lebanon, IN .
Bio Pharma experience is required. This is an onsite position in Lebanon, IN. Candidates must be local, open to relocation with an approved package, or able to support the project onsite through a per-diem arrangement. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing contractors and trade partners, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong technical and organizational skills, demonstrated success in capital project delivery, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Site CM Process Mechanical Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Electrical OSM CSA Tool Install Key Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs. Work directly with the Client to ensure project objectives and GMP compliance requirements are achieved. Manage multi-disciplined project teams, including trade contractors, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams through new builds, retrofits, commissioning, and operational qualification phases. Define project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies; maintain effective change control processes. Review change orders with design teams and contractors to ensure scope and budget are adequately covered. Collaborate with scheduling teams to establish and maintain construction schedules that align with owner expectations and regulatory milestones. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, and project delivery. Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and communicate project progress with stakeholders and leadership. Foster positive relationships with trade partners and demonstrate proven leadership in improving craft productivity. Ensure project turnover packages, commissioning, and qualification activities meet FDA, GMP, and client validation requirements. Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years’ direct experience in Bio Pharma Construction Minimum of 7-10 years’ of large-scale construction management or project management experience, with proven results in meeting deadlines and cost requirements. Previous experience working directly with trade contractors as a Project Manager or Construction Manager. Strong knowledge of cleanroom construction, process utilities, QA/QC, and commissioning in Bio Pharma or highly regulated environments. Demonstrated proficiency with CPM scheduling and construction management tools (Primavera P6, MS Excel, MS Word). Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels. Strong understanding of construction standards, practices, and ability to interpret contracts, plans, and specifications. Ability to work effectively in a multi-contract environment and manage competing priorities. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (). Equivalent experience will be considered. Why Join WWPS?
