Overview

We are seeking a

Process Engineer

to join our manufacturing team in Longmont, Colorado. This position is responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality across all operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of process design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality. Monitor daily plant operations and provide technical support to production teams to ensure process reliability and safety. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process upsets, deviations, or equipment failures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and EH&S to drive operational excellence. Lead or support process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prepare and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports. Evaluate new technologies, materials, and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations. Participate in scale-up activities for new product introductions and technology transfers. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Engineering

or related field required; 3+ years of experience in

chemical or process manufacturing , preferably within a continuous or batch production environment. Proficiency with

process modeling, data analysis, and control systems . Strong understanding of

safety protocols, PSM (Process Safety Management), and environmental compliance . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting. Preferred

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification. Benefits
