CNC Machinist Job Overview:
Perform setup, operation, and programming of complex machined components for various industries.
Responsibilities & Duties
Set up all repeat jobs that are fully documented. Run the first piece to print specifications. Program and make edits as necessary. Manually inspect parts according to inspection sheet criteria. Read blueprints to a medium/high level and correlate with inspection protocols. Apply knowledge of GD&T tolerancing. Operate multiple machines simultaneously as a production cell. Utilize advanced shop math, including trigonometry and geometry. Mentor and train operators. Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements
High School Diploma; CNC technical diploma preferred. 5+ years of machining experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and good math skills. Experience with Weiler machines. Willingness to learn and grow.
