Work with day-old chicks Collect birds for moving, weighing, and vaccinations Handle live animals and related environments Collect blood samples, band/tag or remove tags from birds Follow Animal Care Standards, Animal Welfare Guidelines, and Bio-Security policies and procedures Work with chemicals such as detergents and disinfectants Perform duties safely and efficiently as trained Be comfortable with farm odors and noisy environments Work up to 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays Qualifications

Ability to understand instructions and perform simple tasks Ability to perform repetitive work Stand for long periods Use hands and wrists to grip, grasp, or twist Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Bend and stoop during shifts Animal husbandry experience is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and no recent DUI convictions. Entry-level position. Additional Details
