Lead Advanced Practice Clinician in Rock Hill, SC – 55741BR. Join the highly skilled hospital medicine (HM) team at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina, as our lead APC. The lead NP or PA will work with the facility medical director and regional medical director/vice president of operations to ensure APC utilization aligns with state and medical staff guidelines and regulations. Work a flexible block schedule of 7 days on/7 days off in this leadership role, with the lead APC working the 7a-7p day shift. Experience / Qualifications
Preferred minimum of three years experience as an APC in an inpatient setting Prefer previous leadership/management experience Must be in the top quartile for metrics and documentation; if coming from outside, must meet these goals within 90 days; be an example for other APCs in accomplishing metrics Responsibilities
Lead the utilization of advanced practice clinicians in accordance with standards set by the state and medical staff guidelines Collaborate with the facility medical director and regional medical director/vice president of operations to optimize APC performance and patient care Benefits
