Overview Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate performance of routine tasks in reference to a daily preventative maintenance schedule in and around the laundry facility.
Compensation $35.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Maintains all plant equipment including high volume industrial washers and dryers.
Replaces equipment when necessary and performs basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
Troubles‑hop and solve technical issues by following technical manuals and schematics.
Orders necessary parts, tools, and equipment in a timely manner following company procurement policy.
Maintains a proper Daily Schedule Control for equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance schedule and record.
Conducts daily removal and processing of waste solids generated from the treatment process.
Performs equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and completes housekeeping practices for all related wastewater hardware.
Makes sure the work area is safe and clean, and follows best practices in all production activities.
Uses safety precautions, follows electrical lock‑out tag‑out procedures, and adheres to all safety, boiler, and wastewater treatment procedures.
Other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Demonstrated mechanical and basic electrical aptitude.
Familiarity with standard maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance schedules, and proper safety techniques.
Basic knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and required codes.
Ability to understand and perform all required training, written and verbal instructions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Flexibility for shift schedules, including weekends. Overtime may be required.
Working Environment / Safety Requirements
High‑volume production warehouse setting exposed to outside weather, extreme heat and cold, dust, and noise.
Typical lifting requirements up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, twisting, and lifting are required.
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for grasping and manipulations for long periods.
Work from elevated heights using ladders, mezzanines, and aerial lifts.

Experience 1‑Year Industrial Maintenance Experience (Required).
Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
