Senior 10+ years relevant experience Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate structural design efforts on multiple, concurrent projects Manage the work of engineers and technicians assigned to the project Have active role in project planning, development of design approaches, and monitoring project schedule and budget hours Perform quality control of design deliverables Mentor and train less experienced staff Be involved in marketing or presenting to clients Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering Masters Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is a plus 10 +years of engineering experience with increasing responsibilities Professional Engineering licensure with ability to obtain licensure/reciprocity in MI Extensive knowledge of technical skills of bridge analysis, design, rehabilitation, detailing and plan production Knowledge of MDOT QA/QC policies and procedures Knowledge of Open Bridge Modeler and MicroStation Why Join Us
