ITAC . Base pay range $76,960.00/yr - $87,360.00/yr ITAC serves Process & Industrial clients with integrated engineering and construction services for complex capital projects. We offer specialty services including power systems services and products, custom machine fabrication, and fall protection services and equipment. ITAC is 100% employee-owned through an ESOP and Direct Stock Ownership plan. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction projects Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed Waste Water treatment facility experience preferred Benefits Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401k & ESOP Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave Bereavement Leave Employee Assistance Program Wellness Program Mentorship Program Safety Incentive Program 24/7 Chaplain Care Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ITAC.
