Infinity Solar USA, a leading solar sales and installation company in the U.S., is seeking a qualified Electrician to assist with residential installation projects in Portland, Oregon. The role requires a licensed Electrician and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Qualifications and Skills
Currently licensed Electrician in Oregon.
Team player – dependable, punctual, with good attendance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read site plans and single‑line diagrams.
Physical ability to carry, lift, climb, crawl, etc., with regular lifts of 50–75 pounds.
Experience inspecting systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments or repairs and ensuring compliance with codes.
Resourceful solutions, strong work ethic, and teamwork approach.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
Install, retrofit, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems, including solar PV systems, panel and service replacements, branch circuits for remodeling projects, battery storage systems, and EV chargers.
Install wiring, circuits, and provide disconnects and meters per NEC/OESC.
Upgrade load centers, decommission knob‑and‑tube systems, and install electrical connections to mechanical systems.
Supervise and train apprentices as required.
Complete all necessary paperwork.
Apply knowledge of electrical codes; familiarity with Washington Solar Installation Specialty Code.
Complete any additional responsibilities as directed.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $65.00 – $85.00 per hour + production bonus.
Full benefits after 60 days: medical, dental, and vision. The company pays 75% of employee’s portion.
