May require some guidance from the Service Manager or Shop Foreman. Responsibilities Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs Supports customer clinics Explains maintenance and repair concerns to customers and documents on work order May promote and sell dealer service programs Establishes stocking processes with Parts Department for seasonal inventory Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products Maintains condition of service vehicle, tools, and equipment Follows safety rules and completes reports Accounts for time and materials used Maintains a safe work environment Performs other duties as assigned Requirements 3+ years of on-site service repair experience Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to perform complex repairs using tools and manuals Expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems Familiarity with Service Advisor and basic computer functions Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. Advanced or Master Service Technician certification preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Pay Range:
$20.00 - $40.00/hr, with additional performance incentives. Benefits:
