Senior Town Planner | Associate Town Planner Senior Town Planner – Bristol. An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Town Planner to join an established planning, environmental and design consultancy as part of their friendly team in Bristol. The successful Senior Town Planner will work on a wide variety of large‑scale residential, commercial, energy and retail sectors.

Qualifications

Demonstrable planning experience

Chartered status with the RTPI or working towards this

Demonstrable project management experience

Previous experience in the coordination of EIA's

Proven ability to write professional reports

Responsibilities

Coordinating planning applications for a range of large‑scale client projects

Managing projects and sub‑consultants

Developing new business opportunities and preparing tenders

Liaising with clients
