Police & Emergency Vehicle Technician – Strobes, West Palm Beach, FL
Regular Employee | Hourly Non‑Exempt | $19.00 - $21.00
What You’ll Do
Assist lead installers with emergency vehicle builds
Remove and reinstall vehicle components (bumpers, seats, trim, lights)
Install push bumpers, cages, lightbars, lock boxes, and interior lights
Perform basic wiring, including crimping, splicing, and setting light patterns
Support fabrication and fitment of custom equipment
What You Need to Be Successful
Solid understanding of 12V electrical systems
Experience using hand tools (sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers) and power tools (drills, impact guns)
Ability to drill, modify brackets, and follow install procedures
Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
Positive attitude and team player
Experience in a shop setting (vehicle upfit, stereo install, or body shop preferred)
EVT or ASE certification a plus
