Qualifications
Do you turn GD&T into practical tooling, fixturing, and capable processes?
Have you led PPAPs and used FTF measurement to pinpoint and remove waste?
Can you partner with design to simplify features and lower cost without compromising quality?
Are you comfortable running schedules, costs, and budgets while coordinating suppliers?
Responsibilities
Engineer and optimize machining systems and production equipment.
Drive process improvements using lean principles and structured change management.
Support FTF tracking and complete PPAP documentation to customer standards.
Lead inspections, interpret data, and recommend design or process enhancements.
Mine process data to elevate throughput and quality while reducing waste.
Manage small projects end-to-end and coordinate supplier/subcontractor activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
Mentor peers and foster continuous learning.
Must-haves
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
5–6 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
Background in design, development, and specification.
Experience handling project schedules, costing, and budgeting.
Nice-to-haves
CNC and machining process experience.
Lean manufacturing expertise and change management experience.
Strong analytical and process optimization capabilities.
Supplier and subcontractor coordination experience.
