Job Overview Shift D2; 2/2/3 scheduled; 6:30AM-7:00PM

The Spartanburg operation is a state‑of‑the‑art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility that also hosts a full beverage distribution center. The site will operate on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean manufacturing, and High Performance Teams. All associates at the Spartanburg site will work in both a functional business unit and the full site operation, using enterprise‑grade IT and manufacturing execution systems with highly automated processing, packaging, and material‑movement equipment.

Summary As a Maintenance Inventory Specialist you will coordinate inventory processes to ensure accuracy and support Keurig Dr Pepper maintenance and operations. You will assist in rebuilding mechanical components and other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Crew Leader. You will actively participate in KDP’s TPM structure, driving critical improvements and reporting food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance to plant or division associates.

Responsibilities

Set up, update, and manage maintenance inventory data in SAP MRP systems.

Review minimum/maximum levels and generate purchase requisitions as necessary.

Perform weekly cycle count activities and report results.

Assist in identification and sign‑out of parts for maintenance technicians.

Develop resources to support preventative maintenance activities.

Handle shipping and receiving needs of the maintenance department.

Coordinate inventory transfers between KDP sites; track and report off‑site inventory and consignment items.

Work with current and potential supply vendors.

Coordinate with Finance and Inventory Control to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX).

Using SAP and MS Excel, assist in systematic reporting and review of existing inventory to identify non‑economical items (obsolete, low usage, expensive, locally available, etc.) and evaluate parts usage to identify repetitive repairs and part failures.

Organize inventory locations to enhance convenience for maintenance technicians.

Total Rewards

Hourly Rate: $26.84/hr

Requirements

Two years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.

Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

Two years of experience with SAP or a similar CMMS program.

Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally; ability to kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.

Ability to push/pull up to 1,500 pounds using supplied equipment.
