Overview
Industry leader in custom residential construction is currently seeking a skilled Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and manage high-end residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations Develop and maintain project schedules Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and progress Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors Qualifications
Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction Experience in construction estimating and budgeting Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics Skilled in project scheduling and resource allocation Familiarity with overseeing construction sites to ensure efficiency and safety Salary
