Electronics Technician 3

to join our

Security and Electronic Systems (SES)

business unit. As part of the

(SES)

Strategic Business Unit, you will be involved in designing, engineering, integrating, operating, and maintaining electronic security services, including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients across high-growth markets. Responsibilities Installing and maintaining electronic security systems. Performing preventive maintenance, inspections, evaluations, and inventory management. Leading small to moderately complex installation projects. Conducting and documenting daily toolbox talks. Installing head end equipment locally and globally per design packages. Programming head end equipment for access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems. Troubleshooting system and hardware issues at local and global levels. Qualifications Clearance/Citizen Type:

Active Top Secret Clearance required with SCI eligibility. Key Requirements: HS diploma or GED, military electronics training (minimum 720 hours), graduation from an accredited electronics technician or electrical apprenticeship program, plus three years of electronics installation/maintenance experience. 8+ years of electronics installation and maintenance experience on multiple systems and customer programs, with at least 3 years focused on electronic security systems. Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a plus. Willingness to travel 50%. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Desired Qualifications: Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, CCTV systems, and experience with systems like CCURE, Lenel, Bosch, and Windows OS. Abilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing and working at heights up to 60 feet. Good vision (corrected if necessary), color perception, and communication skills in English. Recognize problems and apply general rules to specific issues.
