Full-time Responsibilities
Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently. Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs. Perform and review structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions. Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards. Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards. Support cost estimation for materials. Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle. Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables. Guide and mentor junior staff. What We Offer

$83,000-$105,000, plus signing bonus Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promise any specific pay for any specific employee. Salary range excludes monetary value of benefits. Requirements
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master’s preferred 5 -10 years minimum Precast concrete design engineering experience Experience in precast concrete design engineering for transportation infrastructure and underground structures (utility vaults, manholes, drainage structures and pump stations) preferred Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE-7, AASHTO Familiarity with IBC codes a plus Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D Professional performance standards aligned with Fisher’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Proven ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment Driven to own projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Highly adaptable and proactive in meeting deliverables and deadlines.
