Job Description
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Cisco UCCX, CUCM, and Unity Connection platforms.
Design, document, and implement call centre routing, workflows, and scripts.
Support CUCM call manager configuration and Unity voicemail administration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Assist in process improvement initiatives, including creating service design packages.
Occasionally work after-hours or weekends for critical upgrades or incidents.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX)
5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
