What You’ll Do
Learn and apply technical solutions to meet product and process quality standards. Understand and follow current procedures and standards while contributing to system and process improvements. Document work using appropriate tools and bring creative, innovative ideas to assigned tasks. Collaborate across teams to enhance quality systems and reduce risk. Apply standard problem-solving tools and techniques to deliver business objectives. Use data analysis methods to address well-defined challenges and make informed decisions. Work in a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork and continuous learning. Learn and apply project management fundamentals to support small-scale projects. Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects using established tools and risk management practices. Resolve project-related conflicts and contribute to successful project outcomes across teams. What We’re Looking For
Bachelors degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math. Due to legal requirements Latin America candidates must possess Engineering Degree. Ability to apply systematic problem solving tools/techniques and understand/troubleshoot equipment and process problems. What Will Set You Apart
