Overview

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist II, internally referred to as our Rad Tech II. Radiologic Tech II’s will focus on conducting diagnostic X‑ray procedures and mammography, which involves operating X‑ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures for diagnostic purposes. This position is full‑time. Employment Information

Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures such as radiography and other examinations following departmental protocols. Ensure X‑ray equipment is functioning properly and that images meet quality standards, performing equipment checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting as needed. Interact with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and safety during X‑ray examinations. Maintain accurate records of X‑ray procedures, including patient information, images, and relevant medical history. Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification. Operate radiographic equipment to produce high‑quality images. Maintain BCLS accredited by the AHA and maintain register status for the ARRT. Qualifications

Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State. Current BCLS (AHA). Effective July 1, 2017 appropriate national certifications in two modalities required. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations. One year of acute clinical radiography preferred. Proficient computer skills. Equal Employment Opportunity
