Responsibilities (Position Summary) The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physician’s order.

Supervisory responsibilities: supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.

Qualifications

Current, valid, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.

Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.

Current, valid driver’s license.

Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

One (1) year of experience as a PT.

Additional Qualifications / Skills

Professional image projection.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.

Independent decision‑making ability.

Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations Current, valid activity license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Current BLS from a Vibra‑approved vendor. Current, valid driver’s license.
