Position Overview We’re hiring an Experienced Lincoln Service Technician to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate is manufacturer certified (preferably Ford or Lincoln) and comfortable performing advanced diagnostics and repairs across a range of systems. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and looking to join a luxury brand dealership that values its technicians, we want to talk.
Base Pay Range $30.00/hr – $50.00/hr
Schedule & Pay
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5 days per week with rotating Saturdays
Compensation: Flat-rate pay
Work Setting: On-site, Columbus, OH (required)
Key Responsibilities
Complete scheduled maintenance and repairs following factory standards.
Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using factory-approved tools and procedures.
Repair major systems including engines, brakes, suspensions, HVAC, and electrical components.
Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs.
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about repair needs and additional recommendations.
Complete warranty work in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Stay updated on factory service bulletins and required certifications.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 Years Of Hands-on Automotive Repair Experience.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Manufacturer training/certification highly preferred (Ford/Lincoln a plus).
ASE certifications are beneficial.
Past experience at a Ford or Lincoln dealership is ideal.
Capable of electrical and engine diagnostics (B-level skills and above).
Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and service software.
Strong communication and a team-first attitude.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Must pass background and drug screening.
