Produce detailed MEP-focused models and drawings in Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection). Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field technicians to document existing conditions and translate laser scan data into accurate 2D and 3D deliverables. Perform clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews across MEP systems. Be Adaptable Work on a wide variety of projects, each with unique scopes, client standards, and software workflows. Coordinate with project managers and survey teams to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met. Be Cutting-Edge Integrate laser scan data, point clouds, and 360° imagery into BIM workflows. Utilize Coast 2 Coast’s advanced tech stack (AutoCAD, Navisworks, and emerging Revit plugins) to enhance deliverable accuracy. Stay ahead of industry trends by learning new tools and techniques for MEP and BIM modeling. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
