Traveling Superintendent
based in the Tampa area to take charge of projects statewide—from Jacksonville to Miami and everywhere in between.

What You’ll Do:
Supervise all aspects of on-site operations across multiple Florida projects
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Maintain rigorous safety standards and compliance with state/local codes
Act as the primary on-site representative, ensuring clear communication with project managers and clients
Review updated plans, RFIs, and site conditions, making real-time decisions to keep projects moving
Build relationships with local trades, inspectors, and suppliers for efficient project execution
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years as a Commercial Superintendent (TI, renovations, build-outs)
Mobility:
Willingness and ability to travel throughout Florida (vehicle and valid driver’s license required)
Technical Skills:
Ability to read plans and schedules; familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, Dropbox, and Gantt charts
Leadership:
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, communication, and a commitment to quality
Professionalism:
You\'re organized, detail-oriented, and able to represent TI Builders with integrity
