Quality Engineering Co-op

at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of the beverage revolution. You will work in KDP’s newest, highly technical coffee manufacturing facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Guided by the corporate Keurig Hot Manufacturing Quality team, this role will assist with developing and implementing quality assurance resources and tools. You will also provide on-site support for quality assurance trials and innovation work at the Spartanburg manufacturing site. Shift/Schedule: The KDP Fall 2026 Co-op program runs from July 13 - December 11, 2026 Location: Spartanburg, SC manufacturing facility Full-time; 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm In-Person Program Elements: Engage in innovative projects within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment Receive mentorship for professional development Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and leaders Receive training in networking, professional skills, and presentation Complete and present a project to highlight your work and impact As a Co-op, you will: Support quality initiatives and collaborate with on-site quality and operations teams Engage in R&D and sensory testing for coffee Learn to execute operational plans and projects, including DMS, equipment startups, and product qualifications Assist with TPM implementation and Lean activities, including continuous improvement and Kaizen events Support daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, production, and cost targets Prepare reports to communicate results to all levels, including senior management Undertake project development tasks such as writing specifications, maintaining documentation, testing, and validating processes Contribute to problem solving, cost reduction, and quality initiatives Analyze downtime data and maintain action plans using lean methodology Calculate savings from improvement projects Recommend methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste Total Rewards: $31/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within the first 30 days Requirements: Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university, majoring in Food Science, Packaging Science, Engineering, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (listening, written, verbal) Ability to work cross-functionally, independently, and adapt to change Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Power BI and trending data is preferred Please note:
