Civil Engineer - PE/EIT (3-5 yrs exp) - Land Development - Residential, Master Planned Communities, Mixed Use Location: San Antonio, TX. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Responsibilities
Member of the Land Development Team focusing on specifications for residential master planned communities, mixed-use, and commercial projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other related items. Perform land development civil design and permitting tasks using applicable software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydrology modeling programs, and storm drainage programs. Participate in Construction Administration by responding to RFIs, reviewing Contractor Submittals, and attending field meetings. Work well in a team-oriented environment. Daily onsite/in-office role. No remote/hybrid options. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Minimum: Registered E.I.T in Texas; must have passed PE exam and have 4 years of required work experience; ideally completed PE exam and 4 years of experience and ready to step into a PE role. 3-5 years of work experience Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Strong sense of urgency, self-initiative to meet client deadlines Detail-oriented with ability to contribute to a positive work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working with multiple municipalities and on projects for cities, counties, and municipalities (preferred) Benefits
