As part of the manufacturing process, you will be weighing, bore scoping, washing, patching, wrapping, and inspecting equiax and DS molds at our Gibsonton, Florida location.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Use hand tools such as tape measures, straight edges, drills, vacuums, scissors, and utility knives.

Use a borescope and operate CNC machines to cut out patterns.

Operate hoists and manipulators to move molds.

Perform other duties and cross‑train as needed.

What You Bring

High school graduate or GED, required.

Demonstrated mechanical skills; CNC experience is a plus.

Ability to work around insulation material and dust.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without needing employer-sponsored work authorization.

This position requires an export license from the Department of Commerce/Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State/Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite. The candidate must be able to work with export‑controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law.
