Purchaser/ Construction Procurement Specialist/ Construction Procurement Specialist/ Construction Procurement Specialist Duration:
03 – 06 Months Description: Responsible for delivering end-to-end procurement support for client’s Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities projects. Ensures best value sourcing, compliance, and alignment with client’s values and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement for construction and property projects, including sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiations. Oversee contract administration, change management, and ensure legal and procedural compliance. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet technical and commercial requirements. Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. Support spend reporting and maintain documentation per client’s standards. Qualifications: Bachelors in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. 5–7 years’ experience in procurement or contract administration in construction/engineering. Skilled in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities. Proficient in MS Office and procurement/project management tools. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Seniority level
