Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Job Responsibilities: Perform routine, journey-level work under the guidance of experienced Maintenance Specialists in trades such as carpentry, masonry, painting, etc. Conduct repairs, renovations, and routine preventative maintenance on hospital buildings and residential homes. Inspect, adjust, and install adaptive equipment, wheelchair ramps, safety equipment, doors, and windows. Maintain and repair buildings, utility systems, and stationary equipment as per trade requirements. Operate motorized equipment and complete paperwork, including work order records. Communicate verbally and in writing, possibly using electronic equipment. Work collaboratively with other shops and employees. Perform incidental tasks such as operating vehicles, making deliveries, and picking up supplies. Work under moderate supervision with limited independent judgment. Additional Duties: Participate in disaster response, recovery, or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activities, which may require shift or location changes. About the Company
