Job Description
Manage day-to-day on-site operations for all phases of multifamily construction.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field staff to ensure work meets schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, sequencing, and milestone tracking.
Oversee safety compliance, conduct regular site inspections, and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
Review and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to resolve field issues.
Monitor and document daily progress, prepare reports, and track site activities and labor productivity.
Manage site logistics including deliveries, equipment, and material staging for efficient workflow.
Lead quality control efforts to ensure adherence to design, building codes, and company standards.
Coordinate inspections and ensure timely completion of punch lists and close-out documentation.
Foster a collaborative jobsite culture that emphasizes teamwork, safety, and professionalism.
Anticipate and address potential delays or issues proactively to maintain project momentum.

The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Superintendent (Multifamily) should have :
Proven experience in managing multifamily construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
