Overview
We are looking for an experienced CDL Driver - Class A / Production Associate to join our Advanced Nutrients team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling orders and making deliveries to clients throughout the designated areas. You will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet deadlines and work in a busy, self-directed environment. You are passionate about your work and see real value in being a team player. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Transporting orders to clients throughout the designated cities. Accurate handling of all paperwork pertaining to the inbound/outbound goods. Maintain logs of vehicle repair status. Comply with all DOT regulations. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Refuel and clean vehicle. Collect and verify delivery instruction. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of driving experience - CDL Class A Clean driving record with no tickets or accidents within the last 3 years Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office as well as navigation tablets for TMS systems Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds The company is an equal opportunity employer, drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
