Responsibilities

Crush Sales Goals:

Own your territory’s success by meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets set by the Market Manager.

Grow the Business:

Tap into new opportunities through data mining, networking, and industry connections to fuel consistent, organic growth year over year.

Be the Product Expert:

Educate customers on the unique benefits of our products—from performance and energy efficiency to cost savings and application advantages.

Innovate with Purpose:

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and finance to champion new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Forecast with Confidence:

Provide accurate sales projections using market insights to guide strategic decisions.

Set the Standard:

Define performance specs and certification requirements for new products that meet and exceed industry expectations.

Deliver Exceptional Service:

Offer ongoing support at customer sites to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Communicate with Clarity:

Document findings and deliver detailed, professional reports that build trust and transparency with customers.

Qualifications

A minimum of five years of work experience in heavy industry.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or marketing, or an associate's degree in a technical trade and applicable experience is preferred.

Knowledge of the pulp & paper and petrochemical/refining industries is preferred.

Basic understanding of air filtration systems is preferred.

Gas Phase filtration, carbon and/or corrosion control experience is preferred.
