The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department requirements and applicable standards. In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models. The RN serves as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers and supports the organization’s mission and values to promote excellent patient experiences and outcomes. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Neonate Resuscitation Provider (NRP) or Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice and/or active compact license as per law and regulation. RN Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
