Field Services – Bracing & Supports Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and a background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a Field Service Representative in Commack & Lake Grove, NY. This fast‑moving, patient‑focused role involves working with orthopedic professionals to provide exceptional service for our orthopedic products and soft goods. Key Responsibilities

Proper measurement and application, education on appropriate use/care, and provisioning of accurate information to patients and HCPs on expected outcomes from orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, bone growth stimulation, and all other Enovis products as prescribed. Coordinate patient care for follow‑up brace fitting appointments, as necessary. Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff following established policies and procedures. Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre‑authorization and/or upfront collection of patient responsibility. Act as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team. Achieve metrics and KPIs set forth by management to ensure customer performance and efficiency comply with applicable Enovis agreements/contracts. Adhere to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA. Minimum Basic Qualifications

A passion for providing excellent care to HCPs and patients, and a strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results. Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, clinic, physician’s office, or as an independent contractor working directly in the care of the orthopedic patient. Demonstrated patient care experience. Experience dealing with multiple physicians in a high‑volume clinic is a plus. Satisfy third‑party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts. Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance. Desired Qualifications

Active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter‑orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Certification (PTA), or related credentials. Work Environment & Physical Demands

Provide patient care in physician’s offices, hospitals, patient homes, and/or clinics. Potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Travel up to 20% of the time, using own transportation; overnight travel not required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
