UC Irvine . What You’ll Do

Be an integral member of the recruitment staff for the All of Us Research Program. Hold an active CA phlebotomy license to draw blood samples, conduct physical measurements, and collect biospecimens per study SOPs for the UC Irvine All of Us Research Program. Process, label, and store biospecimens for local courier pickup; communicate with UC Irvine lab staff regarding study participant lab draw appointments. Maintain a clean and organized lab environment; monitor inventory of supplies needed to fulfill job duties. Engage, recruit, enroll, and retain participants; communicate with All of Us program participants and potential participants via in-person, phone, email, and/or text to introduce the program, answer questions, and schedule visits. Assist participants with required consents, health surveys, and retention activities in person or via phone and computer. Perform data entry for each participant and provide reports to the supervisor. May be asked to perform recruitment duties at off-site outreach events (e.g., health fairs, conferences); travel to local clinics is required with reliable transportation. Participate in weekly staff meetings and provide status updates; coordinate with colleagues and investigators related to the project. Spend approximately 50% of time on recruitment of participants and 50% assisting with consents, surveys, physical measurements, and biospecimen collection. Qualifications

High school graduation and demonstrated experience to successfully perform the assigned duties. California Phlebotomy License (e.g., CPT I). Ability to travel to multiple clinics in Orange County; flexible schedule to accommodate engagement, recruitment, and retention needs. Other Details
