Responsibilities

Installing and maintaining electronic security systems.

Performing preventive maintenance requirements.

Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory.

Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.

Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs, and safety audits.

Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.

Programming and installation of head‑end equipment for access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.

Troubleshooting and isolating hardware at both a local and global level.

Leading on‑site software commissioning and testing.

Leading inspections, evaluations, and inventory; performing take‑off project drawings.

Documenting project progress and daily reports.

Communicating project and team member issues to management.

Managing project schedule integration of IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.

Forecasting and managing project labor hours.

Guiding and mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph optional) is required.

Valid driver’s license; the position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.

Minimum 8 years of electronics installation and/or maintenance experience, with at least 3 years focused in electronic security systems.

High school diploma or GED, or graduation from an accredited electronics technician program, an electrical apprenticeship program, or military electronics training (minimum 720 classroom hours); plus an additional 3 years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.

Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Desired / Advantageous Qualifications

Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Identiv, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, AIphone Intercom Systems).

Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Ability to work at various heights up to 60 feet, including climbing scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders.

Ability to use standard ladders and tools while following safety protocols.

Good vision and hearing; ability to speak and communicate in English.
