Automotive Mechanic – NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire family. We are looking for a full‑time Automotive Mechanic to join our state‑of‑the‑art service and retail tire sales center in the Greenville, TX area. Mavis has over 2,000 retail locations, making it one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

About the Position As an Automotive Mechanic at Mavis, you will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customer vehicles. Responsibilities include undercar repairs (brakes, struts, shocks), completing state‑mandated inspections, changing oil and filters, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.

Qualifications • Minimum age 18 • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • At least 2 years experience in automotive repair or related training • Extensive tool set for undercar repairs

Preferred qualifications:

State inspection license(s)

ASE Certifications: Automotive Maintenance & Light Repair (G1), Suspension & Steering (A4), Brakes (A5)

Physical requirements: stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and repeatedly lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
