What To Expect Manage a small group of equipment maintenance technicians responsible for equipment availability and performance. Perform preventative maintenance and repair on electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment. Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for tools, machinery, and equipment used in the manufacturing facility. Support engineering and manufacturing activities including 5S and Lean manufacturing, material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures. Manage workload as a hands-on, collaborative team player in a positive environment. This role requires building on previous successes and taking the Maintenance teams to the next level. The candidate should collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns affecting part quality, production efficiency, work cell ergonomics, and equipment maintenance. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills are expected, with the ability to innovate and drive change. What You'll Do Provide effective supervision, training, and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve equipment uptime, repairs, and production goals; maintain department records and inventories. Ensure standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current and followed to maximize quality. Monitor safety compliance with regulations and the plant safety program. Collaborate with employees to resolve technical and machine problems; schedule preventive maintenance to meet production needs. Provide shift-to-shift communication to align team goals; communicate issues affecting the plant to employees. Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimum equipment performance. Oversee equipment upgrades and refurbishment projects, coordinating with vendor support. What You'll Bring Four years or more of industrial maintenance supervisory or similar leadership experience preferred. Strong preventive maintenance development experience; familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance principles preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and to establish and achieve goals. Ability to work a night schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime. Familiarity with CMMS and hydraulics/pneumatics troubleshooting using prints. PLC troubleshooting or programming experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens. Strong command of English (written and verbal). Benefits Compensation: Supervisor Production Line Maintenance - $86,400 - $129,600 annual salary; plus cash and stock awards and benefits.
