Responsible for trouble shooting all plant maintenance issues during shift, as requested Provide timely repairs, upkeep and preventative maintenance Ensure that adequate repair parts are stocked Use MRO system for removing and returning parts from inventory Makes recommendations for equipment improvements Assist with set-ups, start-ups, and qualifications Strive for continuous improvement of equipment Maintain housekeeping and safety standards Ensure scheduled PMs are performed and recorded per the Service Work Order Enter all Work Order Requests into automated tracking system Maintain accurate recordkeeping and reporting of Work Order information Troubleshoot molding process and make adjustments to the machine and auxiliary equipment to produce quality parts Troubleshoot machines to ensure proper function to produce quality parts Troubleshoot auxiliary equipment to ensure proper function to produce quality parts Respond to machine alarms Responsible for mold setup and removal Responsible for mold and machine maintenance Interact with Production Management, Human Resources, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Tool Room Demonstrate experience in industrial maintenance with skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC Capable of fabrication and design Proficient with computers, especially work order tracking and MRO systems Operate automated scanning equipment Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical machine issues Verify air pressures, water temperature, and water pressures as applicable Detect and respond to water leaks at molds and nozzles Detect and address oil leaks within processing machines to prevent product contamination Detect air leaks and identify general location Have working knowledge of material load systems and troubleshoot load system issues Ability to work well in a team Provide guidance and leadership to peers and production personnel 3-5 years experience in a high-speed assembly production environment as a maintenance mechanic Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLCs Forklift certification and safe operation per OSHA standards Follow all GMP procedures Work safely and follow safety rules and procedures Respond effectively in emergencies and direct others as needed All other duties as assigned Qualifications

3+ years of experience around industrial maintenance mechanical 1+ years of experience working in manufacturing Ability to multi-task Must pass background check and drug test Monitor quality of machine output Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms Follow all department procedures and directives Perform all duties safely and effectively Preferred Requirements

Associate’s degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective presentation methods and skills Think resourcefully and strategically Additional Info
