Job Summary Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities
Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures.
Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
Check cylinder quantities, styles, and product, and fill the necessary product.
Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck.
Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated equipment.
Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment; key in the quantities, styles, and products filled to justify stock inventory.
Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures.
Operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
Availability to work overtime.
1+ year experience in a plant or manufacturing environment preferred.
Effective organizational, listening, and communication skills.
