Maintenance Mechanic – Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic I responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, boilers, pumps, liquid fillers, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems. This position will primarily focus on the utilities side of maintenance.

Shift & Schedule 3rd Shift; 9:00 PM–5:30 AM – flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Position Responsibilities

Observe equipment to ensure it operates to OEM standard or production satisfaction.

Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective part replacement, or fabrication.

Answer maintenance calls in a timely fashion and assist others in troubleshooting.

Perform routine PMs, repairs, rebuilds, and modifications on all assigned equipment.

Wire moderately complex control circuits.

Perform electronic component replacement, substitution, setup, and calibration.

Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping, including hot/cold water, steam, process, and condensate, utilizing formulas for all phases.

Weld various types of metals.

Machine most metals, plastics, and composites.

Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for repair or replacement of parts on equipment.

Complete size changeovers, make adjustments, and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.

Identify problems and complete repairs with minimal downtime or supervision.

Troubleshoot 3‑phase 480 V motors and VFDs.

Complete necessary paperwork associated with repairs or calibration.

Complete Work Orders assigned to self or department.

Provide coverage and assistance as needed across the facility to meet production schedules and equipment needs.

Ensure all work activities meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements, focusing on continuous improvement.

Follow all company policies and procedures, including GMPs.

Maintain a high level of safety awareness for an accident‑free workplace.

Report any unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety‑related issues to Management.

Total Rewards

Compensation: $31.69 per hour, increasing to $33.33 per hour after 6 months.

Shift premium: $1 per hour.

Requirements

1 year maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

1 year experience troubleshooting 3‑phase (480 V) circuits, motor starters, controls, and electronic circuit boards.

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly; walk and stand for extended periods.
