Collaborate with Manufacturing Test Engineers to understand design requirements and translate them into manufacturing test processes. Assemble and integrate various components of automated test systems, including hardware, software, and instrumentation. Build and support validation of test manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Operate and maintain test manufacturing equipment, making necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency and quality. Participate in the improvement of test manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the testing process. Conduct preventive maintenance activities on manufacturing test processes and document work per required quality procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, equipment settings, and production data. Execute test system validation protocols to ensure test system accuracy, reliability and consistency of results. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

Associate degree or 3+ years of experience in Electronics, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations. Experience with electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes), hand tools, soldering and assembly equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with software such as LabVIEW, TestStand, or other test automation tools is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing). Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement; able to read and interpret technical documentation (schematics, test procedures). Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Details
