Job Description - Mfg. & Process Engineer - Manufacturing engineering (079447) About the job you’re considering • Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall business efficiency. • Provide project support by influencing key decisions and facilitating communication with internal stakeholders. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting manufacturing processes. • Ensure proper configuration control of products and manage changes throughout the product lifecycle. • Incorporate engineering design changes into manufacturing operations. • Create and manage Conditions of Supply (COS) documentation. • Define product key characteristics and address production issues through root cause analysis. • Support the Manufacturing Focus Team (MFT) by collaborating with production, quality, and engineering to resolve issues. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on manufacturing engineering expertise. • Analyze the impact of engineering modifications and ensure readiness for implementation. • Work with the Design Office to ensure manufacturability and smooth industrialization. • Prioritize tasks aligned with organizational goals and production objectives. • Promote a customer-focused mindset and act as a change leader within manufacturing. • Lead continuous improvement efforts and address cross-functional problems. Your role

• Oversee structural and systems installation activities, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements. • Respond to technical queries from departments and stakeholders. • Review and approve engineering design changes within scope. • Present complex technical scenarios clearly to management. • Verify and validate engineering drawings and documentation. • Develop manufacturing and assembly strategies for aircraft components. • Specify tools and equipment to ensure tolerances and efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, quality, and production teams. • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing and assembly strategies, supporting R&D projects. Your skills and experience

• Support workbook updates, tool orders, and sustain aircraft integration/testing. • Promote process improvements using metrics like Station Time Variance (STV). • Standardize operations with Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs). • Optimize processes for safety and efficiency. • Manage configuration control and documentation accuracy. • Integrate technical data into the Manufacturing Dossier. • Support troubleshooting during testing, flight operations, and customer acceptance.
