This position starts at $38.21 per hour.

Overview of Job Responsibilities:

Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Execute assigned duties independently.

Support critical situations with call-ins and overtime as required.

Complete tasks timely and ensure quality of work.

Adhere to "Good Manufacturing Practices".

Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Perform repairs and maintenance on facility and grounds.

Attend daily production meetings.

Maintain records and logs accurately.

Operate and adjust wastewater treatment plant equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

GED or High School Diploma.

5-7 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Technician in manufacturing.

Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel).

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently.

Electrician license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Working Conditions:

Factory environment with varying noise and heat levels.

Occasional work routine changes.

Physical Demands:

Long periods of standing and walking.

Frequent bending, twisting, lifting (50+ lbs), carrying (40-60 lbs), and pushing/pulling.

SQF Responsibilities:

Maintain food safety and quality standards.

Manage documentation.

Report safety and quality issues promptly.

Backup support for other technicians and supervisors.
