Job Title Senior Manufacturing Engineer – GA Dimensional Engineering (Manufacturing Engineer)
Location and Employment Full‑time, contract position onsite in Casa Grande or Tempe, Arizona. Start mid‑September through end of year with possible extension.
Role Overview As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – GA Dimensional Engineering, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts and assemblies meet precise dimensional specifications and quality standards. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, validate, and implement fixtures and processes that support high‑quality production.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings
Design and integrate fixtures with manufacturing equipment and process flow
Apply GD&T standards and perform tolerance stack‑up analysis
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve feasibility and quality
Utilize advanced metrology tools and statistical process control techniques
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a dimensional engineering or manufacturing role
Strong expertise in GD&T
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice‑to‑Haves
Certification in dimensional measurement or quality control (CQE, Six Sigma)
Experience with measurement analysis software and SPC systems
